Mr. Richard Freudenstein
 
Richard Freudenstein Richard Freudenstein is the chief executive officer for News Digital Media. The operations of News Digital Media (digital division of News Limited), include digital properties, NEWS.com.au, FOXSPORTS.com.au, truelocal.com.au, careerone.com.au, CARSguide.com.au, in2mobi.com.au, along with activities involving News Limited newspapers, and the Australian versions of Fox Interactive Media sites myspace.com, IGN.com and rottentomatoes.com. Mr Freudenstein is responsible for the rapid growth of News Digital Media's operations encompassing the existing websites along with new businesses spanning internet, mobile, broadband and other emerging technologies.

Mr Freudenstein joined the business in October 2006 after seven years at British Sky Broadcasting (Sky), the last six as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Sky, Mr Freudenstein worked in a number of senior roles at FOXTEL in Australia. During his time in the United Kingdom, Mr Freudenstein served as Chairman of the Royal Television Society, Chairman of Nickelodeon UK and as a Director of the English National Ballet. Mr Freudenstein is a director of The Bell Shakespeare Company.

   

 
Mr. Roger Amos
 
Roger Amos

Mr Amos was a Senior Partner in the KPMG Information, Communication and Entertainment (ICE) Group of Assurance and Risk Advisory Services and was a Partner of KPMG for 25 years. He held various roles in the KPMG Global ICE industry groups including Global Chairman of the Communications industry group. The publishing, broadcasting, advertising and film industries are also specialisations of Mr Amos. Other roles included Deputy Chairman and Audit Committee Chairman of the Film Finance Corporation Australia Limited, Director of the Australian Quality Council, Chairman of the Documentary Foundation and President of State Chamber of Commerce in NSW.

   

 
Ms. Kathleen Conlon
 
Kathleen Conlon

Ms. Conlon is a professional non-executive Director. She is also a non-executive Director of CSR Limited, where she serves on the Safety Health & Environment and Remuneration committees, and of DLA Phillips Fox. Ms Conlon is also a Vice-President and Council Member of Chief Executive Women, and a NSW Council Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ms. Conlon brings over 20 years of professional consulting experience to her boards. She is a recognised thought leader in strategy and business improvement, and has advised leading companies across a range of industries and countries.

Before becoming a professional non-executive Director, Ms. Conlon was a partner and director of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she led the Sydney office, and was subsequently appointed leader of BCG's Asia Pacific Operational Effectiveness Practice Area.

In 2003, Ms. Conlon was awarded a Centenary Medal for service to business.

Greg Ellis
 
Greg Ellis

Greg has over 20 years business experience, 14 of which have been in senior line management positions.

He has worked in Australia, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining the REA Group he was Marketing Director Asia Online Services for Microsoft. He has been Managing Director of Online and Search at World Directories in the Netherlands.

Greg also spent five years at Sensis and 11 years at Telstra. At Sensis, he was most recently General Manager of Sensis Interactive. At Telstra, his most recent role was National General Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning.

   

 
Mr. John D McGrath
 
John D McGrath Mr McGrath founded McGrath Estate Agents in 1989. He has made the company Australia's largest property services group, selling over $2.0 billion in residential property in Sydney last year. The company became the first real estate company to be ranked on BRW's Australia's Fastest-Growing Private Companies List and is a three time recipient of BRW's Fast 100. McGrath Real Estate Agents also runs Oxygen Home Loans, its mortgage broking business, as well as McGrath Total Real Estate Training--which provides training programs and seminars for the real estate industry. Mr McGrath is a Director of McGrath Group of Companies and Rawson Group. In 2003, he was awarded a Centenary Medal for service to business. His latest book, "The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate", published in June 2005 ranked as the No. 1 Business Book within a few weeks.
   

 
Mr. Stephen Rue
 
Stephen Rue Mr Rue is the Chief Financial Officer of News Limited, the Australian arm of News Corporation Limited. He was appointed to his current role in May 2003, and previously was the company's Group Finance Manager. Mr Rue first joined News Limited in 1996 and moved into the role of Treasurer and Special Projects Manager prior to being appointed Group Finance Manager. Mr Rue's experience includes eight years at Arthur Andersen, where he held the position of Senior Manager in their Audit and Business Advisory Division. Mr Rue is a Director of News Limited, Community Newspaper Group Limited and Australian Associated Press Pty Limited. Mr Rue is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Diploma in Professional Accounting.
   

 
Mr. Sam R White
 
Sam R White

Mr White was appointed to the Board of Ray White Real Estate in 1998 and later as Deputy Chairman of the Group. He joined Ray White Real Estate in 1991, initially in its research department, and later moving through a number of areas in the company--including residential sales and home loan consultancy. Mr White currently oversees all areas of the Ray White Group, including its agency operations and its finance and insurance businesses. Mr White has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Queensland.

   

 
Diana Eilert
 
Diana Eilert

Ms Eilert is head of strategy and corporate development for News Limited, responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing strategic growth opportunities to meet revenue and profit targets. She joined News Limited in March 2010 after a period of consulting to the company.

Previously Ms Eilert was CEO of ASX-listed contracting, recruitment and IT services company, Clarius Group. From 2003 to 2007 she was a senior executive at Suncorp with roles including Group Executive responsible for Suncorp's general insurance business and Group Executive responsible for Suncorp's Marketing, IT, HR and Joint Ventures. Prior to that she held senior roles with Citibank, Zurich, and consulting firms IBM and AT Kearney.

Ms Eilert is also a director of Queensland Urban Utilities.

John Pittard

John Pittard is the Chief Information Officer for News Limited, the Australian arm of News Corporation Limited. News Limited's operations include many of Australia's most recognized mastheads and large online properties including news.com.au, theaustralian.com.au, foxsports.com.au, truelocal.com.au and CARSguide.com.au.

Mr Pittard joined News Limited in August 2003 after three years with Telstra, initially as Chief Information Officer for Telstra Retail then Managing Director for Telstra's hosting and internet business. Mr Pittard's experience includes over thirty years in senior technology roles with some of Australia's largest companies, including five years as Global CIO for Pioneer International and eight years with Shell Australia managing technology in both their mining and downstream businesses.

Mr Pittard is a director of Recruit Advantage and a member of the HP Software & Solutions CIO Advisory Board which brings together 25 leading CIOs from around the world.

   
 

 
Company Secretary
Ms. Moana Weir
 

Ms Weir joined the REA Group in March 2006 as General Counsel. She took on an additional role heading up Group Operations internationally in June 2007. She returned to the company from maternity leave in late 2008 to take up her current role as Company Secretary. Ms Weir has previously held roles as the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Melbourne IT Ltd, as well as GM of its Internet Intelligence division. Prior to this she was an inhouse lawyer at Coles Myer Ltd, and practised law as an IT/IP lawyer at leading Australian law firms, most recently Allens Arthur Robinson.

Ms Weir has 9 years senior management experience in public companies with international operations in the online IT and advertising industries. She holds a BA and Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours), and is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
