Dividend and Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)


On 19 August 2010, the directors of REA Group Ltd (REA) announced  the full year 2010 financial results for REA.  The directors also declared that REA would pay a dividend of 16 cents per share to shareholders on 15 October 2010.  A DRP is offered to all shareholders who wish to reinvest all or part of their dividend entitlement back in to REA shares.

Shares issued in respect of the final dividend for FY10 under the DRP will be issued at a 2.5% discount to the relevant volume weighted average market price. 

Dividend

Registered shareholders of REA shares as at 5pm (Melbourne time) on 24 September 2010 (the Record Date) will be entitled to receive the company dividend payment on 15 October 2010.

DRP

Registered shareholders of REA shares as at the Record Date, who also hold a minimum of 100 shares and are registered as a resident in Australia or New Zealand, are generally entitled to participate in the DRP.

REA reminds shareholders that your prior receipt of a dividend payment or election to participate in the DRP is a standing instruction. It  will stand in relation to the final dividend for FY10 and for any future REA dividend/DRP.  If you wish to change your dividend payment/DRP election for the final dividend for FY10, please contact Computershare Investor Services on the contact details above prior to the record date of 24 September 2010.

Shares will be allotted on 15 October 2010.
